Dr. Roche and his team could not have given me and better experience with my surgery. I got rhinoplasty back in May and things could not have gone more smooth. Tracy and Jenny answered all my questions before hand and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Roche was professional and honest about what to expect with the process. On the day of surgery Tracy calmed all my nerves and took such good care of me. Two months post op right now and my results are so natural looking and healing great. If i ever wanted more cosmetic surgery Dr. Roche would be the only place I go to. 10/10 recommend!!
Be careful using this doctor. My surgery caused trauma to my pelvic, which has caused medical issues for the past year and a half for me. They also ghosted me after I reached out to them about having complications. I just wish I never had work done here, I honestly look worse than before. Do extensive research with a plastic surgeon before moving forward!!
I was seen on 5/2/23 for breast augmentation. I absolutely love my new breast. Dr Roche is an excellent surgeon very knowledgeable and straight up honest and to the point highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in any of the services he has to offer. The staff are also amazing and so kind they help walk and talk you through any of your concerns or questions. Highly recommend his office. Thankyou guys again I’ll be a returning patient for any of my cosmetic needs in the future! :)
Heloo I would like to say the staff is great I had two rhinoplasty surgeries with Dr roche, however the first one I asked for him to shave down my bump and he did , then i went for a revision rhinoplasty and there is no change at all in my nose looks exactly the same . He offered to just do the dip and not touch the front , I spent a total of 11 grand and I'm unhappy with my nose looking the same . I mean the exact same ... I wanted my money back and they said I can't get nothing back . It's really not fair that I went though this twice plus all the pain and brusing I was home for a month! He told me if I wanna do it the third time I would have to pay the anthesia fee of 1800 but I feel like he won't give me what I asked for already plus he doesnt wanna touch the front of my nose !!!!! Just the fact that he took so much money from me I would never ever go back to him and don't recommmed anyone to him .... stay away !
This was my first big cosmetic procedure and after doing my research, I am happy I found Dr Roche! Everything went very well and my results are already amazing even though I am still healing. Tracey helped ensure all my questions were answered and was always kind about responding. Dr. Roche is very good at what he does!
I cannot say enough great things about this office! Starting with my first call with Dr. Roche, he gave his honest opinion regarding the treatments I was interested in and what results I should expect. Next was my my call with Tracy to set everything up, another great and easy call.
My first appointment I was anxious and nervous (maybe a little embarrassed) having to be barely clothed for measurements. But, the minute I was in the room I felt completely at ease! Tracy and Jenny are amazing, fun and knowledgeable! I’m so happy with my results so far! The only bad thing is not being able to keep going back! Dr. Roche did such an amazing job on my surgery. I have spent years and years researching physicians and he did not let me down. He was so welcoming and very professional throughout. The safety measures during this time is very reassuring without sacrificing anything from my consultation or experience. To make it even better, he has the best office staff I have ever had the pleasure working with. Jenny, Janine, and Tracey are phenomenal and make this experience 10/10. I would recommend anyone to them and don’t think I could go to any other office seeking the quality I have found here.
